تاثیر برخی ژنوتیپ های برترگرده زا بر میزان روغن، اسید چرب و عناصر میوه والدین مادری MSG15، MKG23 و MKG24 گردو

چکیده
گردو بدلیل داشتن اسیدهای چرب غیراشباع بعنوان یکی از مهمترین خشک میوه ها از نظر ارزش غذایی مطرح میباشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی ترکیبات سودمند از قبیل روغن، پروتئین، ترکیبات اسیدهای چرب و برخی از عناصر معدنی در میوه گردو است. در تحقیق حاضر برخی ژنوتیپ های برتر گردو (Juglans regia L.)شامل ژنوتیپ­های والدین مادری (MSG15، MKG23 و MKG24) با والدین پدری (MSG15، MKG4، MKG5، MKG10، MKG13 و MKG14) گرده افشانی و میزان پروتئین، روغن، اسیدهای چرب، آهن، منیزیم، منگنز، سدیم و پتاسیم در میوه حاصل از تلاقی آنها اندازه گیری شد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد بیشترین مقدار لینولئیک اسید در نتاج حاصل از تلاقی والد مادری MSG15 با والد پدری MKG24 به میزان 57/42 و کمترین مقدار در والد پدری MKG10 به میزان 47/11 درصد مشاهده شد. همچنین بیشترین مقدار اولئیک اسید در والد پدری MKG10به میزان 27/33 و کمترین مقدار در نتاج حاصل از تلاقی والد مادری MKG15با والد پدری MKG24 به میزان 19/78 درصد مشاهده گردید. بیشترین مقدار لینولنیک اسید در والد پدری MKG10 به میزان 19/30 و کمترین مقدار در نتاج حاصل از تلاقی MKG24 به عنوان والد مادری با گرده خودی به میزان 13/88 درصد حاصل شد. همچنین حداکثر مقدار پالمتیک اسید در تلاقی والد مادری MKG24 با گرده خودی به میزان 5/80 و کمترین مقدار در والد پدری MKG10 به میزان 3/30 درصد بود. بالاترین میزان استئاریک اسید در نتاج حاصل از تلاقی والد مادری MKG24 با گرده خودی به میزان 3/11 و کمترین مقدار در والد پدری MKG5 و نتاج حاصل از تلاقی والد مادری MKG23 با والد پدری MKG5 به میزان 1/27 درصد مشاهده شد.

چکیده English

The results of this study showed that the highest amount of linoleic acid in the offspring resulted from the cross between female parent genotype of MSG15 with pollinizers of MKG24 was 57.42 % and the lowest value in the pollinizer of MKG10 was 47.11%. Also, the highest amount of oleic acid was found in the MKG10 pollinizer in the amount of 27.33 % and the lowest in the offspring resulted from the cross between female parent genotype of MKG15 with pollinizers of MKG24 was observed 19.78%. The highest amount of linolenic acid was obtained in pollen parent of MKG10 with 19.30% and its lowest value with 13.88%was found in the offspring of MKG24 parent that pollinated by self-pollen. The highest amount of palmitic acid with 5.80% resulted in self-pollination of MKG24 parent and the lowest value was observed 3.30% in MKG10 pollinizer. The maximum amount of stearic acid with 3.11% was obtained in the offspring from self-pollination of MKG24 and the minimum value with 1.27%was found in the MKG5 pollinizer and offspring resulted from the cross between seed parent genotype of MKG23 and pollinizer of MKG5.
