- Direct submission of the complaint to the Editor‑in‑Chief via the Editor‑in‑Chief’s personal email address.
- Submission of the complaint to the official journal email address for review by the Internal Manager and referral to the appropriate authority.
The journal is committed to registering, evaluating, and responding to all received complaints within the shortest possible timeframe. All information, documents, and correspondence related to complaints will be handled with strict confidentiality and will be used solely for the purpose of investigation and decision‑making.
