Article Processing Charges (APC) According to the Regulations of the Ministry of Science, Research and TechnologyAccording to the directive issued by the Deputy for Research and Technology of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, the article processing charges (APC) for Persian and English manuscripts authored by Iranian researchers, from 21 March 2025 until the end of the current year, are as follows:
Payment Structure for Iranian Authors:
%50 of the APC, payable after peer review and before the issuance of the final acceptance letter and copyright agreement: 10,000,000 Rial
50%, payable after the manuscript is prepared for publication (prior to official online release): 10,000,000 Rial
Authors are therefore required, upon receiving the initial acceptance email, to email the scanned receipt of the 10,000,000 Rial peer‑review fee, along with the manuscript code, to: food86@gmail.com
Note:
No fees will be collected during the initial screening stage or before/during the peer‑review process.
Article Processing Charges for Non‑Iranian Authors:
Non‑Iranian authors are required to pay 150 USD after the initial screening by the editorial office.
This fee covers initial evaluation, full peer review (initial and final), editing, and online publication, and no additional charges will be required
Important Notes:
All taxes and bank transfer fees must be covered by the author.
No discounts or exemptions are available for any individual or institution.
In case the manuscript is not accepted, 50% of the paid fee will be refunded to the author.
Payment of the APC has no influence on the peer‑review process or the editorial decision.
