In accordance with professional principles of scholarly publishing and in compliance with ethical and legal obligations related to the preservation of scientific outputs, this journal is committed to the permanent, secure, and non‑removable retention and archiving of all accepted and published articles as scientific records of enduring value. Final versions of articles—including PDF files, editable source files, and supplementary materials—are stored in multiple secure and independent locations, and their backup copies are regularly and periodically updated to prevent any potential loss, damage, alteration, or disruption.
In addition to the internal archiving system, the journal is obligated to submit, register, and periodically update bibliographic information, metadata, and final article files on a regular monthly basis to reputable national and international indexing databases, including CIVILICA, ISC, Magiran, Scopus, and other contracted indexing services. This process ensures that authors’ scientific works are preserved within official and authoritative repositories and remain accessible, citable, and discoverable for researchers, universities, and scientific institutions over the long term.
In the event of any potential discontinuation of the journal’s activities, all published and in‑process articles shall remain preserved within the indexing databases in which they have already been deposited, in accordance with legal obligations and international standards for scientific data preservation. Public access to these records will remain uninterrupted. Furthermore, the archival copies maintained by the journal shall continue to be preserved as permanent scientific documents. Accordingly, authors are assured that their rights concerning the publication, accessibility, longevity, and protection of their scholarly works are fully upheld and guaranteed.
