Conditions for Accepting Review Articles
The Journal of Food Science and Technology (Iran) hereby announces that review articles meeting the following conditions will be accepted for consideration:
Citation Integrity
Authors should cite literature solely on the basis of its relevance, quality, and contribution to the manuscript. Authors are not required to cite articles published in this journal. Editors and reviewers must not request citations for the purpose of increasing citations to the journal, themselves, or associated individuals. Any citation request must be supported by a clear scholarly justification.
Evaluation Criteria
Review articles are evaluated according to methodological rigor, comprehensiveness, critical analysis, originality, relevance, and the authors' demonstrated expertise in the subject. Editorial consideration is not determined by academic title, institutional position, nationality, or seniority.
