Dear authors, from now on, the Iranian Journal of Food Science and Technology will also accept review articles that meet the following conditions:
1- The article must have appropriate scientific quality and weight.
2- The corresponding author must have at least the rank of associate professor and above.
3- The article must refer to at least 5 articles accepted and published online in the Iranian Journal of Food Science and Technology.
