Dear authors, based on the new approach of the Iranian Journal of Food Science and Technology, and in line with the need to pay attention to the quality of the received articles and following the international ranking from the Ministry of Science, indexing in Scopus, Agris, etc., as well as the will and diligence of the editorial board of the journal with the aim of indexing in other more reputable abstracts and indexes such as ISI, and as a result of increasing the credibility of the journal in the eyes of national and international scientific communities and authorities and official ranking and accreditation systems, the Iranian Journal of Food Science and Technology, starting from 28 ⁄ 3 ⁄ 2023, after the final acceptance of the article by the journal, authors must translate their final article into English and submit two copies of their article to the journal at the time of requesting the final version for editing and online publication, one in Persian and the other in English.
It should be noted that in the translation, all aspects of the Persian article, including format, etc., are translated exactly into English. (No operations are performed on the English version of the article, including refereeing, etc., and only editing and uploading along with the Persian article for indexing in ISI are performed online.
